Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Fami, the all-in-one family organizer app. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Fami application ("App") or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fami ("we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fami. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By using Fami, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation

Your Account

To use certain features of Fami, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include any right to:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App
• Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the App
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App
• Access the App to build a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

User Content

Fami allows you to create, upload, and share content within your family group, including photos, notes, tasks, events, and messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services to you and your family members.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload or share any harmful, abusive, threatening, or unlawful content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
• Use the Services for any commercial solicitation without our prior consent

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where required, reporting to appropriate authorities.

Subscriptions & Payments

Fami offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are available through in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price change and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account from within the App settings, which will permanently delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We expressly disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fami and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
